| Amount of newspost @ the mainpage I've been posting away the last couple of months http://www.madshrimps.be/ was wondering how the flow is for our readers, too much newsies? not enough? other topics which need to be included (software releases/patches/game reviews/DVDand movie news) what's your opinion?

| Today you made already 17 newsposts, that's in my opinion, al little bit to much. Off course who am I to comment, as I don't post any news myself, but I think 5-7 newsies is enough. Might be also interesting: software releases/patches/games But not really game reviews, rather information, For example, game bla bla uses/will be using the newest DX 9 shader version 4.5.2.6.33.4 , and bundled with the new engine ... or something like that.

| I think it's great and more is better right? I know it can be overwhelming but as said: only read the articles that interest you. Lately, I've only really been visiting madshrimps to keep a bit up to date or to read an interesting article while before I tried to keep an eye out on the interesting hardware and oc sites. needles to say that didn't work very well and it was very time consuming and with more and more "interesting" hardware and OC sites adding up in my favorites every day I'm thankfull that there are so many interesting newsposts on madhshrimps cuz' it saves me tons of time. I'd say keep it up and more of that |

| of course, to post news, there must BE news I have ~12 newssites under surveillance almost all of the time, I'll see what I can do to spice things up by adding some categories. fancier ideas are already creating as I write this post, how about adding an option box @ the website which allows you to choose what news you like to see at the frontpage, this will be linked in either a) a cookie on your PC, painless and easy, but it doesnt travel along and you have to reconfigure it the cookie is gone/expires b) linked to forum account, will retain settings always, but have to have an account @ the forums.

| many sites use accounts for the site aswell (like XS), maybe you could implement that and make the creation of an account without e-mail verfication; very simple in the line of: choose account and pass and that's it. If you loose the cookie you get it back when you log in again. |
