Is it Photoshop only, or can you use 3Dsmax/ Lightwave/ ... too??

in my humble opinion it's not quite fair to compare a 3Dsmax piece with a photoshop only piece ...

You can use whatever you want, tool doesn't matter.
Some people have better ideas or are more creative ... and can win this contest ... even with MS Paint :^)
