Xivlia Photographs Naked CPUs and GPUs
 

Hardforum user Xivlia is stripping dead CPUs and GPUs, etching them, and taking some gorgeous die shots. Words don't really do them justice, so just click on some of the shots below, or better yet, see them all in the thread here. I'm also working on a new PC project that involves these naked CPU/GPU dies.... but for now, take a look at one of my Xeon X7550 undressed!
