X9000 2.8GHz 45nm expected in February Intel plans to release its X9000 2.8GHz Extreme Edition mobile processor in mid-February and you should get it in selected notebooks in late February or March. The new CPU is a Penryn dual core generation manufactured at 45nm marchitecture and has an impressive 6MB of cache memory.
