I'm not even sure my humar ear can make out a 16dBA device? :)

I've made an inquiry for review;

16dBA?

Even the barely audible Silent Blade fans are labeled as 19dBA at 1 meter...
A 16dBA fan should be almost as quiet as human breathing.
