Default World Cyber Games US National Finals 2005 Coverage

Since 2000 the World Cyber Games has been organized by South Korea-based International Cyber Marketing. The WCG has become the world's largest computer and video game festival and is held in about 70 countries this year. The winners from each country meet in a host city in order to determine the world champions in a specific game. Last year's grand finals were held in San Francisco and featured 642 gamers from 59 different countries. This year's grand finals will be in Singapore, but before gamers can get there they must compete in the national championships. In addition to the prestige of a being crowned champion, gamers will also be competing for a number of prizes and cash purses. This is coverage of the US national finals, held in New York City.
