| Wide Format LCD Monitors Roundup We previously looked at 20" displays in a 16:10 format" which have become the de facto standard in retail channels. Regardless, LCDs with diagonal measurements of 19", 21" and 23" also merit consideration.

| For pros only, the 23" Philips 230WP7NS offers a superior design, build and image quality. "Philips hasn't stuck with its tradition of built-in speakers, but you won't hear any complaints about that from us." 2 thumps up from me too. must resists good priced monitor which will force me to upograde every 6 months "unfortunately, displaying moving images was another story. The panel's latency readings are in line with older-generation panels" "The video performance wasn't satisfactory. The panel was very noisy, with a lot of sparkling visible on colour masses" That is now definatly a deal breaker :/ |
