When do you have too many case fans?

When your PC ends up looking this, I think :)

thanks Rutar

I would say this is a viable solution.

It doesn't need to be done at the front and back but both sides with some big fan filter would be very nice and could make the chipset fan and additional memory cooling obsolete

and it will be ooo so silent without those chipset fans..

oh no... wait a minute.

Rutar 10th June 2005 16:07

depends on the fans used

jmke 10th June 2005 16:09

there is no way that 70 80mm fans running will be "silent" :)

No way that will be efficient. Fans are blowing directly on the PSU cover, fans are sucking air from behind the motherboard back plate and there are blowing and sucking fans in the front.

This was as much an art project as it was a case mod
So, why didn't he use some nice led fans, or UV reactive ones ?
