Default VIA introduces 1W Eden CPU at 500Mhz

VIA Technologies is about to introduce a new addition to its Eden ULV (ultra low voltage) processor lineup, the company announced at a press conference yesterday (Aug 16). The new CPU adopts the typical VIA V4 bus and 21mm × 21mm nanoBGA2 packaging as other Eden models, but sets itself apart offering a 500MHz core frequency at a power consumption of only 1W.

Would a Quad-Way setup of these run a small home server quick enough?

I know would be cool if used for small f&p server, if it gets performance up to 1ghz P3 or Tbird, than it's very nice, using 4~5W for CPU, few watts for mobo
my current server rig has P4 2.2ghz uses 70W when streaming video/audio.
