Tuniq TX-2 Thermal Compound
 

Besides performing admirably in testing, Tuniq's TX-2 won't kill your components if you happen to get it on things you didn't mean to because it is non-conductive. Also, TX-2 won't disappear over time, unlike some other thermal pastes that need to be reapplied after a while because of thermal drift.
