President Donald (Prince of Orange) Trump has signed an executive order which he thinks will keep hackers from making America Grate Again.

Trump has signed an executive order which he claims will modernise and improve the nation's computer networks. It will not keep the Russians out of course, but everyone knows that the Russians do not hack American networks.

Trump's homeland security adviser Tom Bossert says the order will help keep the US safer from cybersecurity risks. Among the new requirements is that agency heads must be accountable for implementing risk management measures.
