The Toshiba Satellite C655-S5542 is a 15.6-inch portable featuring Intel's humble Celeron B815 processor, a 320GB hard drive and 3GB of RAM. At under $400, however, it certainly makes waves in the budget notebook category, but the lack of "extras", like USB 3.0, are apparent.
