 |  Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory It’s the year 2008, and the world needs Agent Sam Fisher to prevent a World War 3 from happening. Yep, the badass spy is back in Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, and he has a new arsenal of gadgets and moves at his disposal. The game comes with sweeter graphics, a bunch of new features and heavily improved gameplay. Is this enough to keep Chaos Theory from becoming just another blah sequel?
