ThermalTake Rhythm HTPC Case

"2005 was the year the Home Theatre PC (HTPC) look took the hardware industry by storm. Manufacturers the world over spent time and money designing and developing cases, coolers, silencing solutions and everything else that a do-it-yourself PC enthusiast would need to build the ultimate HTPC. ThermalTake was not an exception to this apparent new craze and took to the drawing board quickly. Near the end of the year, they announced two liquid cooling systems that were designed to be highly efficient while maintaining a look that would be acceptable in a home theatre setup. One of the two, the Rhythm, was designed to look like a DVD player with its mirror reflective strip of plastic between two strips of brushed aluminum, and blue LED finishing off the front of the unit. The Rhythm sports a huge radiator that spans the entire depth of the unit, most of the width and half the height-definitely a key tool in keeping any system cool. Let's take a closer look at the unit and see what else it has to offer.
