Thermalright Ultra-90 CPU Heatsink

Thermalright showed off two new coolers at Cebit earlier this year, the Ultra-90 and Ultra-120, which are similar in design to the passively cooled HR-01. Both of these new coolers incorporate heat pipes that transfer heat out of a Nickel plated copper base and up into a large array of closely spaced aluminum fins. The Ultra-90 and Ultra-120 heatsinks also come with Thermalright’s classic fan mounting clips to support active fan cooling.

no overclocked test, which might have given the Freezer Pro the edge (also 10 $ less wtihtou a fan for the ultra 90)

but already a way better review than most out there (4/5)

Lee "RoboTech" Garbutt has a solid test station, although it's not related to real-world results (airflow advantage because of the tower design) you can compare similar design HSF with each other.

the Ultra-90 doens't seem to be able to rotate freely in 90°C steps? You are forced to use the direction of the mounting bracket? on most A64 boards the Utra-90 will be facing the wrong way

well, then Thermalright has noobed

I would guess a slow 120mm fan in the back makes a significant difference with those tower style heatsinks.
