Terratec Aureon 7.1 PCI - Dolby Digital Live Soundcard

The question about optimal interaction between sound map and loudspeaker system is a recurring problem child of each computer player, who understands its PC as multimedia Entertainment system. Like that Surroundsound is possible in computer games usually only via similar connection (by means of three and/or four handle cables) to the loudspeaker system. However most sound maps can not decode the clay/tone formats Dolby digital and DTS, as they occur on DVDs, why for it a digital S/P DIF is necessary connection (by means of coaxial Cinch and/or RCA cable or optical Toslink optical waveguide cable) for a loudspeaker system with integrated decoder.
Altogether cables must be laid from the sound map to the loudspeaker system in this case thus up to five! Can't that be done really differently?
