To obtain 2500 Mhz for example it will be cheaper buying a modestly priced CPU and OC it to 2500 Mhz with average cooling then buying el cheapo CPU and OC it to 2500Mhz with Swiftech cooling.

I don't get it, if you to OC that badly, why not go for an almost equally priced H20 setup ?
