There have been quite a few rumors that Microsoft is making a the Surface Phone and it appears that it will pack serious power with Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 835 SoC and 6GB of RAM.

There have been plenty rumors regarding Microsoft's Surface Phone with even Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella, hinting that the company is working on the "ultimate mobile device".

The recent rumor, which comes from Nokiapoweruser.com site, claims that it will be actually based on Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 835 SoC and backed by no less than 6GB of RAM.
