Strong Demand For Memory In 2007

Industry players said they have no doubts that Windows Vista will help spurring demand for memory products in 2007. Aggressively ramping up 12-inch wafer outputs, local makers are also optimistic on trends in the memory market until the end of next year, the players commented.

I'm secretly hoping Vista will fail... just because of these insane HW requirements

everyone hopes that, except Bil G and Steve B =O

Games also push the requirements, 2 GB is the de facto standard and all those rich people switching to Core 2 now need to buy new 2 GB kits.


The price already caused all cheap PCs only to come with 512 MB, which is crap. Only Apple goes against the trend with the Macbook Pro memory upgrades.
