Everyone wants a pizza the action

The divination division of analyst firm Gartner have been consulting the entrails and decided that worldwide semiconductor capital spending is projected to increase 10.2 per cent to US$77.7 billion in 2017.

This growth rate is rather more than Gartner's previous forecast of 1.4 per cent which might have been due to either:
