useless for larger companies without a company wide backup plan in place to recover data. protecting data is one thing, allowing tech. staff to easily recover data in case needed is another thing. creating a truecrypt volume is a matter of minutes; recovering data from it because the user forget his/her password is ... well... a lost cause. |
