If they said super-quiet 10000 RPM drive I could see demand. There is MORE demand for 3.5" SSD HDs in the retail channel but noone sells them either. |
Hm, I do have to wonder if this is in part related to the threat of some SSDs begining to encroach on regular 7200RPM performance territory. Either way I'd be interested in seeing what they offer, they already make some very excellent enterprise market 10k and 15k RPM drives. |
