Scythe Kama Connect USB 2.0 to SATA/IDE Adapter
 

This adapter may not suit everyone's needs, but for all the extra hard drives I have lying around, and with me switching data from drive to drive, the Kama Connect came in handy. Another good use is for a single drive computer like a laptop.
