Now you can scan the entire Internet and see where the end really is. A research team at the University of Michigan have developed ZMap that can do the job quick as a wink and showed off their handiwork at the Usenix security conference on Friday. The lower overhead of this approach allows ZMap to send out packets more than 1,000 times faster than Nmap.
