we evaluate the features and performance of Sapphire’s Radeon HD 3650 512MB graphics card. The Sapphire Radeon HD 3650 512MB differs from ATI’s reference design in that it has double the frame buffer memory (512MB vs. 256MB) and a much higher GPU clock speed (800MHz vs. 725MHz). The Sapphire Radeon HD 3650 512MB also has a fairly good accessory bundle and its priced right too.
