Default Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini tipped to come packing Snapdragon 400 CPU

The soon to be unveiled Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini is less of a puzzle with each passing day. The latest word around the street is the 4.3-incher will be powered by a dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor and 1.5 GB of RAM.
