| ![]() What a bs ! A +200Mb/s read speed on a regular drive. He should have noticed something was wrong with his results because the read speeds outside of virtualbox were only 80Mb/s ... |

![]() | ![]() Ignore max speeds, concentrate on min/avg, those are more important, and there you can see that defragging does help. also read speed of 200Mb/s is very possible on a HDD, it's what burst cache is all about ![]()
