be quiet! Straight Power 700W power supply

The power supply is the heart and lifeblood of every computer system and is finally getting the respect it deserves with the emergence of higher wattage hardware like Crossfire and SLI video cards and dual core, 64-bit processors. These components bring more performance to users, but also consume a hefty amount of power at the same time. To meet these energy demands, be quiet! has developed the Straight Power 700W power supply. This monster flexes 18 amps on each of its four +12v rails and sports a high efficiency rating and silent cooling system. Let’s torture this beast and see how it stands up to our power hungry PC.
