EU and Korean watchdogs agree

Qualcomm has announced that the European Commission and the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) have authorised the NXP Semiconductors acquisition.

The acquisition has now received eight of the nine approvals around the world, with China remaining to give the nod.
