what driver for what? Quad CF? the latest Catalyst.

Note: CrossFireX™ (Quad) is only supported under the Windows Vista operating system

Honestly John, show me two 3870X2 working properly in XP please ? Haven't found any so far (only Vista).

Try Catalyst 8.3, these are the only drivers which currently support Quad CrossFire
