Overclockulator 1.34b

Great little app that will be an overclocker's best friend! Various calculating functions aimed straight at the overclocker incuding a tool to add up your systems total wattage use, CPU and FSB calculations, Temp conversions and more.

a bit over the top is that Wattage calculator.. the CoolerMaster RealPower mini-watt meter shows 190Watt in use at max. load

yet:

I "think" the difference is sythetic max load vs actual on demand load. The softwaren uses data driver by max load for the devices listed while Cooler Master is meauring actual drain from the power supply.

Nice tool to have to figure power supply requirement base on devices installed.:)

hm, it seems to have a problem with comma's/point. because 0.4*214=856watts !!!

you also have to incalculate the cos(RHO) factor because PC's aren't completely ohms users. :)

idd, those hardware use virtualy x Watt, but they really use x*cos(A) watt, and that meter on the coolermaster read that x*cos(A), but actually the PSU must be as strong as x watt.

I think

haven't you payed attention in class?
the voltage*amperage*cos(A) number of watt's is wat is actually used, the voltage*amperage is what is transported trought the lines (but is never 'consumed')
