Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070 could get AD103 version
 

Those AD103 GPUs that are not good enough for RTX 4080

According to the latest rumor, Nvidia could introduce an RTX 4070 version with AD103 GPU, reusing some of those GPUs that are not qualified for the RTX 4080.

As you already know, the Geforce RTX 4070 uses the AD104-250 GPU, featuring 5888 CUDA cores and 12GB of GDDR6X memory on a 192-bit memory interface. So far, Nvidia did not repurpose GPUs for other SKUs, but according to the latest information coming from kopite7kimi over at Twitter, this might change soon, as we might see an RTX 4070 with AD103 GPU.
