 |  Nvidia Creates First Graphics Chip with Embedded DRAM Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and Nvidia Corp. announced on Tuesday that TSMC has successfully produced a fully-functional sample of a graphics chip for handheld devices with embedded DRAM.
