MSI introduced their latest Twin Frozr IV thermal design to the world when they released the R7970 Lightning, but since they have started integrating it onto other graphics card in their lineup. The graphics card we are examining today has such as design, but instead of using a variation of the high-end Tahiti graphic processor it uses the more mainstream Pitcairn Pro GPU. Which is less expensive, but still able to push pixels at rates similar to the previous generation HD 6950.
