Meridian Technology is primarily a case manufacturing company that was started back in 1985. Their most recent creation is the line of XClio power supplies with SCFT (Super Cooling Function Technology). The XClio line ranges from 300W to 550W models, meet ATX12V v2.0 specs, and use a low-noise 120mm fan for cooling.

21 dba for a 120 isn't satisfying me

I demand GLL and SX1 levels :(

don't rely on specs.. 21dBA is too low;

30dBA is average noise in super silent room

This would appear to be a nice PSU...and dual rails, but no Active PFC. Overall it seems to gives much of what I like in an average type build with head room for additions latter. Is it just me or (like everyone) do they provide to much wire between SATA connections? Most all 2HD's with that cable would be so close you end up with a big loop to deal with.

It doesn't come all mod'd out, allowing me to sleeve it the way I like without costing more and them have'n to change colors.

Downside is I'm finding only "Egg & Chief having them, we need some other players selling them to see what the pricing would settle into...say $44-48 would be the range where they'd really flyoff the shelf.

Right now this might be in the top 3, although $52 it might be worth most people to add $10 and get a sleeved ThermalRock. It's mod'd already has a drive bay controller, an additional fan and I thought Thermalrocks is 3years.
