 |  [M] Patriot Memory Viper VP4100 PCI-E m.2 Gen 4x4 1TB SSD Review The VP4100 PCIe Gen4 1TB SSD from Patriot Memory does perform in-line with the previous Silicon Power US70 PCIe Gen4x4 M.2 2280 1TB model we have tested before and, in some instances, it succeeds to step a bit ahead. Thanks to the integrated heatsink, the drive will not throttle when it is accessed for longer workloads, while the TBW is rated at 1800TB, a benefit of using KIOXIA BICS4 96-Layer 3D TLC packages. http://www.madshrimps.be/articles/article/1001283/ |
