LSCOOL.com SHS-X500 CPU Cooler

I have never used a cpu cooler of this type before, so was interested when lscool.com asked me to review their SHS-X500. It has a similar design to a water cooling radiator, with the copper fins and the heat pipes running through the fins.

I am confused by the relevancy of case temps comparison chart. Should a cooler extract more heat and the case ventilation has reached the limit, case temp goes higher indicating the high performance of the heatsink.

By the way, this is an efficient heatsink/fan for most motherboards provided they resolve the base flatness issue, except DFI nF4 type where memory module clearance may be a problem.
