Logitech MOMO Racing Wheel Ok race fans, today is your day - we are having a look at one of the prime pieces of gaming hardware on the market. Racing wheels have almost become a necessity for the majority of realistic driving games. Highly advanced physics models and true to life acceleration, handling and crashes have made it utterly futile to even attempt racing with a keyboard and mouse. A gamepad offers some relief, but for the closest thing to sitting in the driver's seat a good racing wheel is hard to beat. Today I have one of the best wheel and pedal sets on the market in front of me. Racecar inspired styling, force feedback and even a fancy Italian name adorn Logitech's flagship PC/Mac wheel. The MOMO racing wheel truly looks the part. But looks aren't everything...even if you're Italian. Direct Link: http://www.thetechlounge.com/review....ech_momo_wheel |
Using similar one here ... ;) |
what race games do you play on PC ? |
Unfortunatley, the wheel is for XBOX ..... love to have a 42" LCD display. ;) |
unfortunately? no way, do you have PG2 on XBOX? it already plays well with the controller, wonder what'll it will do with the racing wheel |

the 900° mode is pretty funky :o allthough it's a pretty expensive wheel (~€120-€150), it's a very good one excellent FF u can dose your excelleration and stopping power quite effeciently. in GT3 it cut some of my lap times with almost 10s! if the momo is on the same quality level, it's a sure bet for some fun racing. |
the way i race on my ps2 : |
my current ride, Mazda RX7 (196BHP), pretty cool pics you can take in-game:) |
jakkerd I have a similar setup at my brother's place; with 80" screen.;) I don't see your driving helmet.^D |
