According to an official leaked document, it appears that we will soon see a higher capacity Intel 900P, coming in 1.5TB and 960GB capacities.

While the Intel Optane 900P SSD series, based on 3D XPoint memory, has been available in 280GB and 480GB capacities, an official Product Change Notification, originally leaked by MYCE.comand spotted by Tomshardware.com site, suggest that higher capacity drives should be available soon.
