This unofficial patch brought a lot of attention from mainstream media and started many debates about video gaming in pre-Columbine times, when attention moved from sex to violence in games of today.

That patch simply replaced Lara's textures – the skinny outfit went bye-bye, and all that Lara was left wearing was her belt and guns.
