Koolance is back with an external version of their redesigned computer water cooling system that they claim is capable of dissipating up to 700W of heat energy. We evaluate the EXOS-2 on the latest and hottest CPU Intel has to offer.

looks good.
but it being more silent then the stock cooler is weird, or is the stock 3.8 prescott cooler really that loud, dunno, I've been away from p4's since my last 3.0(@4.0)

From the copper base onward Intel Stock cooler is quite noisy. It is acceptable until the sensor kicks in the higher speed.

I don't think two 120mm fans @2400 rpm is any quieter.
