Kingston DDR3 memory breaks frequency record
 

DDR4? Who needs it when DDR3 has matured to such an extent that a 2333 MHz kit, namely Kingston's HyperX KHX2333C9D3T1K3, was last week at GamesCom 2010 taken to a record-setting frequency of 3068 MHz. This was achieved by overclockers Benjamin 'Benji Tshi' Bioux and Jean-Baptiste 'marmott' Gerard.
