The iPod nano features an ultra-portable, lightweight design with a gorgeous color screen, Apple’s patent pending Click Wheel and the ability to hold up to 1000 songs or up to 25,000 photos. Yes, the nano can be use as a photo viewer, just like the bigger iPod Photo. The nano's bright 1.5 inch color LCD with LED backlight offers an amazingly clear view of both photos and menus.
