iOS 6.1 Release Date: Clock is Ticking
 

Sliding into second base is iOS 6.1 Beta 5 just days before Beta 4 is set to expire. If Beta 5 isn't released in time before Beta 4 expires, Apple will have a bunch of unhappy campers on its corporate hands. Expect to see either Beta 5 or the full release of iOS 6.1 within the next five days or so. While not a big update, iOS 6.1 is expected to provide a couple of new features to iPhone and iPad owners including a different looking music control on the lock screen, a more prominent place to report bugs in Apple Maps, and a new feature in Siri that allows users to purchase movie tickets using the virtual assistant and Fandango
