Default Intel's 25nm Value SSD planned for Q4 2010

Intel has finally revealed that its next generation Postville refresh SSD drives are going to be based on 25nm MLC process. One of the attractive drives that should launch in Q4 2010 from this gang is the X25-V 80GB drive.

This will be Intel’s second value SSD mobile drive and it will succeed the 40GB X25-V 34nm Postville. Intel also plans a 40GB version of 25nm drive but this one should not be arriving before Q1 2011.
