Default Intel performance lead unlikely until 2007

DESPITE LOUD alarums and bang sounding noises from Intel accompanying a fanfare about a dual core Paxville DP Xeon chip and a soon to come MP version, at the INQUIRER we do not believe that it will be able to prevent server market share slipping until 2007 or at the earliest late 2006.

Is this the reason used Northwoods and 865/875 boards maintain good pricing at eBay?
