Default Intel Pentium E2200, Celeron E1400 prepped for retirement

Intel has this week revealed that two more 65nm processors have been scheduled for discontinuance, the 2.2 GHz Pentium E2200 and 2 GHz Celeron E1400.

As decided by their maker, the two LGA 775 dual-core processors will be available for order until January 8, 2010, and will continue shipping until April 10 (boxed version) and September 10 (tray), 2010. The E2200 is currently selling for $64, while the E1400 costs $43.
