HTC preparing high resolution R7 and R12 Windows RT Blue tablets slated for Q3

PhoneArena report that HTC is working on two new Windows enabled tablets. What makes them "special" is that they come with Windows RT Blue (ARM) instead of the regular x86 Windows 8 on board.
