HIS X700 Pro iTurbo VIVO Edition
 

Today, I will be taking a look at their X700 Pro IceQ VIVO, which
features their trademark iTurbo technology. The iTurbo technology was
introduced by HIS to make it easy for users to overclock their graphics
core and memory with ease while keeping it within acceptable limits. The
X700 Pro IceQ is packed with a mammoth heatsink, ramsinks, UV reactive
casing, dual display support, HDTV output, HIS games pack, and 460 / 960
(Core / Memory) clock timings. Is this card really as great as it sounds?
