HIS has come out fast this time with a pre overclocked card and to be honest, they need to. AMD-only partners like them need to make sure the interest is constantly there for AMD based video cards and they figure the best way to do this is get a pre overclocked model to the market sooner rather than later.

Falling into the Turbo series, one we know and love, the HD 6870 Turbo is no doubt going to carry with it a bit of extra power over a stock clocked model.
